Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SharePoint Office 365 Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing enterprise-wide collaboration and productivity solutions based on the Microsoft 365 platform and related Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Evaluate and implement enterprise-wide collaboration and productivity solutions based on the Microsoft 365 platform and related Microsoft technologies.
  2. Provide expert-level support for Microsoft 365 administration, security, and architecture.
  3. Design and implement SharePoint and Office 365 document and data architecture solutions.
  4. Participate in analysis and lead the design of SharePoint and Office 365 solutions.
  5. Provide subject matter expertise (SME) support to day-to-day support teams for Microsoft 365.
  6. Identify and implement opportunities for license optimization in the environment.
  7. Execute on Microsoft 365 release management activities from the product backlog.
  8. Consult with business and IT groups on various use cases and solutions to business challenges that can be solved with Microsoft 365.
Requirements
  1. Strong knowledge of productivity applications, especially within the Microsoft 365 suite, including Microsoft 365 licensing, Microsoft Entra, Active Directory Federated Services (ADFS), Exchange, Office 365, Microsoft Intune, Defender for Endpoint/Cloud Apps/Identity/Office 365, Microsoft Purview, and PowerShell.
  2. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (Windows 10) and Excel skills.
  3. Excellent analytical and technical troubleshooting skills.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Strong knowledge and competence in operating in an Enterprise ITIL environment.
  6. Working knowledge of agile methodologies such as scrum and sprints.
