As an Assistant Store Leader, you will support the Store Manager in all areas, taking charge when they are absent. This role requires strong leadership skills, with a focus on managing talent, inspiring teams, and ensuring every customer has a great experience.
- You will oversee all store operations, emphasizing the importance of maintaining assigned budgets, controlling expenses, growing sales, and effectively managing inventory.

- At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
- Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
- Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required.
- A self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn, develop, and educate store personnel and customers to enhance success.
- Possession of a passion for all things hair and beauty.

The position requires some physical exertion, including long periods of standing; walking; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation. May be exposed to fumes, chemicals, and odors upon occasion.
