Job Summary

As a Psychometric Assessment Specialist, you will play a key role in assessing the psychological and behavioral attributes of candidates to ensure the best fit for our clients. You will be responsible for administering, analyzing, and interpreting psychometric tests, providing insights into candidates' cognitive abilities, personality traits, and leadership potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and interpret psychometric assessments, including personality tests, behavioral analysis, and leadership assessments.
  • Provide comprehensive reports and insights based on assessment results to support the recruitment team and clients in decision-making.
  • Develop customized assessment tools tailored to specific client requirements.
  • Stay updated on best practices in organizational psychology and psychometric testing methodologies.
  • Assist in the development of competency frameworks and assessment strategies for various job roles.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure ethical practices in handling assessment data.
