At Empower People Talent Inc., we are seeking a skilled Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support in a variety of healthcare settings.

Responsibilities
  • Take patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Deliver messages, reports, and specimens between departments.
  • Make beds and maintain patients' rooms.
  • Administer suppositories, colonic irrigations, and enemas as directed by healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
  • Transport patients between care facilities and provide wheelchair or stretcher assistance as needed.
  • Answer call signals to determine patients' needs and respond accordingly.
  • Collect specimens and prepare them for laboratory analysis.
  • Administer first aid in emergency situations.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Will train on the job.
  • First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate required.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking required.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Dependability, flexibility, and judgment required.
