About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our Digital Solutions Technology team at IGM Financial. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative technology solutions that meet the needs of our clients, advisors, and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain the overall architecture of our technology solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and meet business requirements.
  • Lead project teams in the definition and proposal of business systems and technology solutions.
  • Provide project management leadership and support, including resource planning, mentoring junior technical staff, and vendor coordination.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and directions, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within our organization.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in solution architecture, with a strong understanding of IT industry technology and directions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex topics to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with Salesforce Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce (AWS) Voice, as well as cloud implementations and migrations.
