We offer an attractive compensation package, including an estimated salary of $**$80,000-$110,000 per year**, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and execute training programs that align with healthcare professionals' learning needs and brand strategic imperatives for Chronic Migraine and Overactive Bladder in Southern Alberta and Saskatchewan. This involves:

  • Developing tailored training curricula and plans to address HCPs' training needs.
  • Sharing knowledge on product administration techniques and anatomy to ensure safe and effective use of AbbVie products.
  • Offering learning programs focused on scientific and/or clinical issues, such as product administration techniques and monitoring and management of patient treatment.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong business relationships with key experts and external stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Registered Nurse degree or relevant experience.
  • Disease expertise (minimum five years) with solid clinical, medical, and scientific knowledge of therapeutic areas.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical devices industries and training capabilities (minimum of five years).
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and IMC guidelines.
  • Strong commitment to compliance, quality control, and integrity.
