Job Title: Web Developer
About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Web Developer to join our team at MacLean Engineering. As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solid, reliable, and optimized code for our websites and web presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop front-end web applications using Node.js, React, and/or Angular.
- Work with Marketing and IT staff to ensure ongoing consistency and innovation in web content and design.
- Manage websites and web presence for MacLean Engineering.
- Interface with clients to understand their business requirements and implement solutions.
- Develop and test web applications for multiple browsers and platforms.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality and efficient code.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a web developer.
- Diploma or degree in a related discipline is an asset.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, Node.js, MongoDB, jQuery, and RESTful API.
- Fluent with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or equivalent).
- Experienced with non-relational databases.
