Job Description
We are seeking a Transportation Quality Control Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality control process for our transportation services. This includes coordinating with internal teams, conducting regular audits, and implementing corrective actions to improve efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate with internal teams to develop and implement quality control procedures
* Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to company policies and standards
* Identify areas for improvement and develop corrective action plans
* Collaborate with external partners to enhance our quality control processes
* Lead training sessions to promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering or quality control
* Proven experience in quality control management, preferably in a unionized environment
* Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, including AAR and Transport Canada
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
* Valid G driver's license and ability to travel up to 25% of the time
