Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Surface Land Agent to join our team at Scott Land Ltd. As a key member of our surface land team, you will be responsible for acquiring and consulting on surface land rights for various projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire and consult on surface land rights for projects
  • Communicate with key stakeholders, including clients, landowners, regulatory officials, government agencies, and management
  • Active member of the International Right of Way Association (IRWA) is preferred but not essential
  • Rural background is an asset
  • Prefer agents with an Olds College certificate or university degree
  • We would consider training someone with an interim land agent license
  • We would also welcome wily veterans too
