Job Title: Strategic Communications Manager

Lenovo is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Communications Manager to join our ISG Business Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies that drive business results and enhance our reputation in the technology sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute communication plans to engage with technology partners, industry analyst groups, and regulatory bodies.
  • Manage and communicate business unit results, strategy, and plans within the business unit and in collaboration with the corporate strategy and investor relations organization.
  • Prepare quarterly earnings documents, interim and annual reports, scripts, emails, and newsletters to provide corporate transparency to investors and employees.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, providing regular insights and reports to senior management.
  • Manage communication during technological crises, ensuring clear and consistent messaging.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of communication efforts with business and technological objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. A degree in a technology-related field is a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in industry relations, communications, or a related role within the technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of the technology industry and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
  • Experience in crisis communication and management within the tech industry.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
