Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including dental plan, disability benefits, health care plan, paramedical services coverage, and vision care benefits. Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition and Development Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for administering staff consultation and grievance procedures, identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, providing information or services such as employee assistance and counselling, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, collecting and screening applicants, advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment, reviewing candidate inventories, contacting potential applicants to arrange interviews, recruiting graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions, notifying applicants of results of selection process and preparing job offers, advising managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, organizing staff consultation and grievance procedures, determining eligibility to entitlements and arranging staff training, recruiting and hiring staff, training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, staff recruitment and selection, providing job training and support, disseminating health and safety information, assisting in the development of standards, health, and safety measures, performing human resources-related duties such as personnel selection, acting as a technical consultant in a particular field of expertise, participating in recruitment events, analyzing administrative issues to provide help to employees.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a similar industry. You should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You must also have a valid driver's licence and be willing to travel.
LocationThis role is based in a rural area, but relocation costs are covered by the employer. We also offer free parking available, learning/training paid by employer, parking available, travel insurance, and a wellness program.
