Food Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Store Manager to join our team at For Good Measure. As a Food Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales and operations staff to achieve sales and customer service goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, plan and organize daily operations, manage staff and assign duties.
- Merchandising: Determine merchandise and services to be sold, implement price and credits policies, locate, select and procure merchandise for resale.
- Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies, plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
- Customer Service: Provide customer service, resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
- Staffing: Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers, conduct performance reviews, troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a retail store environment.
- Skills: Point of sale system, word processing software, computerized bookkeeping system, electronic mail, spreadsheet, Adobe Acrobat Reader, MS Outlook, MS Excel.
