In this role, you will be responsible for performing organizational design assessments, including modeling, evaluating job descriptions against classification standards, and submitting proposed ratings for discussion. Your expertise in analyzing organizations and writing work descriptions will enable you to work independently with minimal direction. You will also conduct relativity studies, chair/participate on classification committees, and ensure adherence to Treasury Board Classification Policies. To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to have recent experience delivering similar services to the Federal Public Service, significant experience in analyzing organizations, and classification accreditation by Treasury Board.
