Organizational Transformation Specialist

Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Organizational Transformation Specialist to join our team. As an Organizational Design and Classification Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering classification and organizational design services to the Federal Public Service.
About the Role: The ideal candidate will have recent experience in delivering classification and/or organizational design services with sufficient depth and breadth to demonstrate independence and minimal direction.
Scope of Work:
- Deliver classification and organizational design services to the Federal Public Service
- Analyze organizations and write work descriptions
- Develop classification and organizational design strategies
- Implement classification and organizational design solutions
- Conduct relativity studies and job validation studies and reviews
- Ensure compliance with TBS Classification Policy
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must provide references with your resume. Candidates must hold an active Security Clearance (Reliability Status at minimum).
About You: The ideal candidate will have recent experience delivering classification and/or organizational design services for the Federal Public Service, with significant experience related to analyzing organizations and writing work descriptions. Classification Accreditation by Treasury Board would be considered an asset, especially working with classification grievance files. Bilingualism would also be considered an asset.
Work Environment: This is a contract opportunity with a Level of effort: 3 days of full-time work per week. Contract duration: November 2023 – March 2024 with possibility of contract extension of up to three (3) years total. Work will be conducted off-site (remotely) with access to government facilities provided as required.
