Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Aide to join our team at Louchel Villaruel. As a Housekeeping Aide, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our clients' homes.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, pick up debris and empty trash containers, launder clothing and household linens, mend clothing and linens, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure the security and safety of our clients' homes and belongings.
  • Transportation and Travel: Use public transportation to travel to and from work.
  • Personal Suitability: Demonstrate punctuality, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, values and ethics, patience, and honesty.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Environment: Non-smoking environment.
  • Work Setting: Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis.
