Prairie Mountain Health is seeking a skilled Respiratory Care Specialist to join our team. As a Respiratory Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and education in the field of respiratory therapy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide respiratory care services to patients with various respiratory conditions, including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma, and pneumonia.
  • Conduct pulmonary function tests and interpret results to diagnose and manage respiratory conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care and education.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest respiratory care techniques and technologies to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP degree in respiratory therapy or a related field.
  • Experience in respiratory care is an asset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
