Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Prairie Mountain Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of our organization's mission.

Responsibilities
  • Provide respiratory care to patients with a range of conditions, including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma, and pneumonia.
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement respiratory care interventions to improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and coordinate with other departments as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest respiratory care practices and technologies to provide evidence-based care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in Respiratory Therapy or a related field.
  • Experience: Experience in respiratory care is an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Hours: 80 to 100 hours bi-weekly.
