Maintenance Millwright/Electrician Job Description

Colt Canada is seeking a skilled Maintenance Millwright/Electrician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain all facility equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance on machinery, including oil and coolant changes, machine cleaning, and filter changes.
  • Repair and install equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Maintain and repair small tools and equipment.
  • Assist other departments as needed and perform other duties as required.
Accountabilities:
  • Obtain Enhanced Security Clearance from the Government of Canada.
  • Maintain secure and confidential company information.
  • Adhere to Colt Canada Corporation's policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all health and safety requirements for equipment and maintenance are met.
Working Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a manufacturing facility with a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The position requires the ability to lift up to 25lbs and work in a noisy environment.

Requirements:
  • Colt Canada policies and procedures.
  • WHMIS training.
