Job Description

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Pharmacy or a PharmD, from an accredited college or university. Experience in a sterile compounding or equivalent work experience is an asset. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to read, analyze, interpret professional journals, technical procedures, and government regulations.

  • Ability to write clinical correspondence to members of individual patient care team and documentation for patient chart.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers/supervisors, patients/caregivers, nurses, prescribers, and other members of the patient care team.
  • Current CPR certification and licensed with Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP) in good standing under Part A of the register.
