Production Manager

**Job Summary**
---------------
We are seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to oversee the safety, environmental stewardship, quality, and operational performance of our production crew. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PVC extrusion manufacturing and excellent leadership skills.
**Responsibilities**
----------------
* Ensure all safety rules and legislation are being practiced.
* Build relationships and teamwork.
* Directs hourly personnel and manufacturing operations.
* Provide technical leadership to shift personnel, to include: line setup/operation, metrics definition/reporting, testing, troubleshooting, and training facilitation.
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment, specifically overseeing the safety within the production area.
* Delegate responsibility and recognize, develop, train, and utilize the talents and capabilities of all shift personnel.
* Facilitate safety training and complete all incident investigations and reporting.
* Production Reporting.
* Represents production in company meetings.
* Any additional duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary by the Production Superintendent.
**Requirements**
------------
* Must have a minimum of 5 years of PVC extrusion manufacturing experience.
* Must have a positive work history with regards to attendance, safety, and job performance.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, administrative, and leadership skills are required.
* Willing to train the right person.
* Dynamic individual.
* Proficient with Microsoft office products such as Word & Excel.
