Job Overview:
Neova Tecnologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to oversee the safe and proper manufacturing of our products. As a key member of our operations team, you will provide leadership across multiple shifts and teams, ensuring the efficient day-to-day operations of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the functionality of our manufacturing equipment and provide guidance to the Maintenance Team to ensure optimal performance.
- Train and develop new production employees, providing leadership support and guidance to ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Control to implement and maintain regulatory and quality standards.
- Lead team members in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and oversee the performance of our warehouse team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a plant supervisory role, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Experience with scheduling and/or warehouse management is an asset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a food, pharmaceutical, or beverage manufacturing company.
Standards and Expectations:
- Deep understanding of production processes, procedures, and policies.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of commitment to the company's success.
