Clinical Educator

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality continuing clinical education to nursing staff, ensuring that best practices are implemented throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities- Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate the delivery of clinical education to specific sites and/or program areas.
- Collaborate with regional managers and other stakeholders to identify learning needs and priorities.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the delivery of clinical education sessions, revising content as necessary.
- Maintain current knowledge and skills related to assigned clinical education portfolio within the PMH Clinical Education Team.
- Provide support and feedback to staff and colleagues on clinical education and best practice research.
- Participate in achieving and maintaining client/patient care best practice standards in accordance with professional, facility, and regional standards.
- Participate in the certification/registration of nurses and employees in required skill competencies as necessary.
- Develop and maintain education information resources, provide instruction and/or resources for staff, ensuring content is current with best practice research data.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A strong background in nursing and education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to assess and prioritize learning needs and develop effective solutions.
