Job Title: Clinical Educator

Job Summary:

Prairie Mountain Health is seeking a skilled Clinical Educator to join our team. As a Clinical Educator, you will be responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating continuing clinical education programs for our staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Regional Manager of Clinical Education to identify learning needs and develop education plans.
  • Coordinate and prioritize education activities, considering regional implications and scheduling.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the delivery of clinical education sessions, revising content as needed.
  • Provide support and feedback to staff on clinical education and best practice research.
  • Participate in the development and review of relevant policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of records and a database of educational activities.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in nursing and education, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment and maintain positive, respectful working relationships.
