Key Responsibilities:- Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage the bar budget to ensure cost-effective operations and maximize profitability.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train bar staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient service delivery.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ordering to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly.
- Event Management: Coordinate and manage events and functions in the bar to ensure smooth execution and high customer satisfaction.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience in a similar role or in the hospitality industry is an asset.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Availability: Availability to work 30 to 40 hours per week.
