Liquor Store Manager

Olympia Liquor Holdings Ltd. is seeking a skilled Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise Staff: Lead and manage a team of sales workers, ensuring they are trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Assign Sales Workers: Effectively allocate tasks and duties to ensure a smooth and efficient sales floor operation.
- Hire and Train: Recruit and train new staff members, or arrange for their training, to ensure they meet the company's standards.
- Authorize Payments: Verify and approve payments by cheque, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to meet business needs and ensure adequate staffing.
- Sell Merchandise: Provide excellent customer service and promote sales of liquor products.
- Prepare Reports: Compile and analyze sales data, merchandising information, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Organize Inventory: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, ensuring stock levels are adequate and products are rotated effectively.
- Supervise Office and Volunteer Staff: Oversee the work of office and volunteer staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or liquor store environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
