Liquor Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at LIQUOR VILLA INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our liquor store, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively allocate tasks to sales staff to ensure efficient store operations.
- Order Merchandise: Source and purchase liquor products to meet customer demand.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory levels.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the work of sales staff and volunteers.
- Conduct Performance Reviews: Evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Supervise Office and Volunteer Staff: Manage the work of office and volunteer staff.
The Liquor Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong attention to detail and organizational skills. The role involves a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal skills, organized, and a team player.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail in a busy store environment.
- Combination of Sitting, Standing, Walking: Perform a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday.
- Work Language: English.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
