Job Title: Automotive Drive-Thru Attendant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Drive-Thru Attendant to join our team at Adecco Canada. As an Automotive Drive-Thru Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, facilitating vehicle intake, and assisting with various automotive services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verifies receipt of client vehicles to the dealership service department
• Inspects and parks vehicles in the lot in an orderly manner
• Provides first-class customer service ensuring each client receives the appropriate 'first impression' of the company and its brand
• Receives and checks in customer vehicles in a timely manner
• Inspects vehicles for damage and verifies condition of vehicle in the presence of the client
• Assists with the preparation of vehicles for delivery and schedules Customer Shuttle pick up/drop off
• Responsible for security and storage of vehicle keys and ensures the lot is arranged, organized, and free from litter and debris

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Ontario G Driver's License (minimum 3 years) with clean driver's abstract/CVOR
• Ability to operate vehicles with both, standard and automatic transmission is required
• Self-motivated team player, with ability to work with minimum supervision
• Continuous Improvement mindset and the ability to influence, negotiate, and mediate effectively
• Excellent interpersonal and team building skills and ability to maintain high level of accuracy
• Time management skills, trustworthy, respectful, and able to demonstrate strong work ethics
