Overview

Adecco Canada is currently hiring for a full-time Automotive Attendant - Drive-thru in North York, ON to work for our client Porsche, a world-class company in the automotive manufacturing industry.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $37,440 based on an hourly rate of $18.00/hour, assuming a 40-hour workweek.

Job Description

This position involves providing excellent customer service, facilitating vehicle intake, and assisting with various automotive services to create a positive and efficient customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Verify receipt of client vehicles to the dealership service department, inspect and park vehicles in an orderly manner.
  • Provide first-class customer service ensuring each client receives the appropriate 'first impression' of the company and its brand.
  • Receive and check in customer vehicles in a timely manner.
  • Inspect vehicles for damage and verify condition of vehicle in the presence of the client.
  • Assist with the preparation of vehicles for delivery and schedule Customer Shuttle pick up/drop off.
  • Responsible for security and storage of vehicle keys and ensure the lot is arranged, organized and free from litter and debris.
  • Record customer concerns and pass them on to the correct contact person.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Ontario G Driver's License (minimum 3 years) with clean driver's abstract/CVOR is necessary.
  • Ability to operate vehicles with both standard and automatic transmission is required.
  • Self-motivated team player, with ability to work with minimum supervision.
  • Continuous Improvement mindset and the ability to influence, negotiate and mediate effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and team building skills and ability to maintain high level of accuracy.
  • Time management skills, trustworthy, respectful, and able to demonstrate strong work ethics.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
