Job Summary:

As a Food Service Supervisor at Subway, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Recruit and train new team members

Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
