Job Title: Pipe Installation Specialist

At EMAAN EXCAVATING AND CONSTRUCTION LTD., we are seeking a skilled Pipe Installation Specialist to join our team. As a Pipe Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing pipes and pipe systems. This is a critical role that requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

* Select, measure, cut, ream, and thread pipe to ensure proper fit and function
* Supervise other workers to ensure efficient and safe work practices
* Clean and maintain pipe units and fittings, and flush systems to prevent contamination and damage
* Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to required shape and size
* Remove and replace worn components and reactivate systems
* Select type and size of pipe required based on specifications and blueprints
* Test systems for leaks using testing equipment
* Estimate costs and materials for pipe installation and maintenance projects

Requirements:

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* Experience an asset

Work Environment:

* Work Term: Permanent
* Work Language: English
* Hours: 40 hours per week
