About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Exterior Installation Specialist to join our team at IWD INSTALLATION + SERVICES INC. As an Exterior Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for installing exterior prefabricated products, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Repair: Install exterior prefabricated products, including measuring and marking guidelines for installations, and repairing and servicing existing products.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring professionalism and attention to detail in all interactions.
  • Blueprint Reading: Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements and ensure accurate installations.
  • Material Preparation: Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, including loading and unloading trucks with equipment and supplies.
  • Tool Utilization: Utilize hand and power tools to complete installations and repairs.
  • Scaffolding and Platforms: Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms as required.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Physical Demands: Perform physically demanding tasks, including standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
