Job Title: Contracts Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contracts Coordinator to join our team at Dufferin Construction, a CRH Company.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and executing prime contracts, maintaining subcontract compliance requirements, and processing invoices and payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and execute prime contracts and compliance documents
  • Maintain subcontract compliance requirements
  • Process invoices and payments
  • Support project teams with inquiries and issue resolution
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary school diploma in business or accounting
  • Experience with View Point or comparable ERP systems
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
