Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and investigate data to inform decision-making and optimize production processes.
  • Process and manage 40-60 purchase orders with multiple vendors per day, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date material data, including inventory levels and vendor information.
  • Implement and maintain effective inventory control measures to minimize dormant or slow-moving inventory.
  • Manage vendor-owned inventory and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Provide backup support to other MRP Controllers as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all activities and transactions.

    Requirements and Qualifications:

    • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
    • Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or a related field.
    • Knowledge of SAP or other enterprise resource planning systems.
