We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our team in the Deep River area, offering a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year.
About the JobAs a Registered Nurse with RhynoCare, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care and promote resident independence.
Responsibilities- Provide nursing care in accordance with established policies, physician's orders, and the resident plan of care.
- Utilize sound nursing practice principles to ensure excellent nursing and personal care delivery.
- Ensure timely and accessible admissions, including comprehensive orientations to our facilities and services.
- Coordinate resident transfers and discharges in a safe and efficient manner.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent degree.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Able to deal effectively with others in a compassionate and supportive manner.
- Familiarity with relevant legislation, such as the Long Term Care Act and the Health Disciplines Act.
- Medical clearance, including TB tests, and proof of vaccination.
- Vulnerable Sector Police Check and/or Adult Abuse Registry Check.
- Clear Criminal Record check.
