Job Title: IT Infrastructure Manager

Job Summary:

NEOFACS is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead the implementation and management of all IT infrastructure, systems, and services within the Agency. The successful candidate will provide all aspects of information systems, technology, system security, and database integrity for a full-service, integrated information services function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and management of all IT infrastructure, systems, and services.
  • Provide all aspects of information systems, technology, system security, and database integrity.
  • Ensure the Agency's technology solutions effectively support the delivery of services while aligning with industry standards, privacy regulations, and operational efficiency.
  • Manage complex IT infrastructure, services, and teams.
  • Assist staff in the procedural understanding and applications of technologies as applicable to the individual's employment needs.

Requirements:

  • University degree in computer science or related field.
  • Considerable experience delivering information technology/hardware/software/infrastructure/networking and design in a structured environment.
  • Minimum of two years of IT leadership experience, preferably within Public Sector.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant IT certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP) are an asset.
  • Familiarity with Document Management Software and Microsoft M365 suite of services.
  • Expertise in computer networks, hardware, software, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and technology platforms.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address technical issues.
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
  • Valid driver's license and use of own vehicle is required.
