About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Retirement Tax Expert Senior to join our team at Empire Life. In this role, you will lead in delivering advanced consulting services to our distribution network, ensuring that Retail Investments Distribution teams remain current and proficient in product application and technical knowledge.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure significant growth in all Retail Insurance and Investments lines of business by providing value-added services to the Sales Division staff, advisors, and distribution channels.
  • Collaborate with Retail Marketing and Product Actuarial in the effective development and delivery of specific solutions to the distribution network.
  • Develop and deliver stakeholder presentations on tax, retirement, and estate planning strategies and product applications.
  • Support the creation of web content, technical materials, case study application articles, and marketing pieces.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of work experience in a senior role with people leadership in sales and marketing.
  • Experience in the insurance/financial services industry in advanced tax, retirement, and estate planning.
  • Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, email, internet, database, and presentation computer software.
  • In-depth knowledge of tax, retirement, and estate planning.
  • Ability to conduct research, investigate, and analyze.
  • Well-developed decision-making and problem resolution skills.
  • Certifications such as CLU, CHFC, CFP, or CPA.
