About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at A R Homes Inc. as a Construction Worker.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, leveling earth, and paving asphalt.
  • Material Handling: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate bridge or overhead cranes to lift, move, and place plant machinery and materials.
  • Demolition and Debris Removal: Assist in demolishing buildings and removing rubble and other debris from construction sites.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance work and clean up chemical spills and other contaminants.
  • Team Support: Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
  • Personal Qualities: Demonstrate dependability, reliability, and a hardworking attitude.
  • Teamwork: Work effectively as a team player.
