Job Title: Construction Worker

We are seeking a skilled Construction Worker to join our team at A R Homes Inc.

Job Summary:

The Construction Worker will be responsible for assisting in the construction of buildings, including loading and unloading materials, erecting scaffolding, and operating heavy equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be able to work in a team environment, and have a high level of physical fitness.

Responsibilities:
  • Loading and unloading construction materials
  • Erecting and dismantling scaffolding, ramps, and other construction equipment
  • Operating heavy equipment such as cranes and forklifts
  • Assisting in the construction of buildings, including framing, roofing, and finishing work
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks
  • Assisting in the cleanup of construction sites
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in construction or a related field
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Physical stamina to perform heavy labor
  • Ability to work in a team environment
Working Conditions:

The Construction Worker will work in a fast-paced construction environment, with regular exposure to dust, noise, and other hazards. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and be physically fit.
