Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a Store Manager for our retail store. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in retail management and be able to direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, plan and organize daily operations, manage staff and assign duties, study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales, determine merchandise and services to be sold, locate, select and procure merchandise for resale, plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, determine staffing requirements, resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages, recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers, conduct performance reviews, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.

- Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
- Conduct performance reviews
- 3-4 years of experience in retail management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent
The Store Manager will work in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time and be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
