Job Description:
Key Responsibilities- Implementing and supporting desktop image, corporate end-point technologies, and software updates.
- Developing IT policies and procedures to ensure system integrity and security.
- Creating and supporting Windows desktop image in Microsoft SCCM and Intune environment.
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting desktop image, corporate end-point technologies, and software updates.
The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft technology, including Windows 10/11, SCCM, Intune, Microsoft 365/Exchange Online/Teams and Microsoft Azure.
A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience is required.
This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to create technical documentation.
