Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, leading a diverse team, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional guest experiences by providing high-quality service and products.
  • Restaurant Operations: Manage the shift, ensure the restaurant meets critical standards, and effectively schedule staff.
  • Team Leadership: Participate in recruitment and training, support team member development, and foster a respectful team culture.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the quick-service restaurant industry.
  • 1-3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong math and analytical skills for managing sales goals, inventory, and cash.
  • Computer skills: Proficient with point-of-sale system, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Capable of lifting up to 22 kg and standing for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
