**Join Our Team as a Chef Banquet**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef Banquet to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for managing the banquet department, coordinating events, and ensuring the highest quality of food and service.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage the banquet department, including staff supervision and training
  • Coordinate event planning, including menu development and logistics
  • Prepare and cook food for banquets and events
  • Collaborate with the restaurant chef and sales and events team to ensure seamless execution
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

**Requirements**

  • Post-secondary education in culinary arts or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
