Key Responsibilities
  • Kitchen Operations: Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and maintain existing ones, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of taste, quality, and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and equipment as needed to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
