Job Title: Insulation Supervisor

Brar Insulation Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Insulation Supervisor to join our team. As an Insulation Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of insulation materials in various construction projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of insulation installation teams
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines
  • Recruit and train new team members
  • Manage inventory and materials
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in insulation installation or a related field
  • First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, and WHMIS Certificate
  • Excellent oral communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work at heights and in noisy environments
Work Environment:
