Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at TSMG AMERICAS INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, evaluating department operations, and managing budgets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate administrative services, including records management, security, finance, purchasing, and human resources
  • Evaluate the operations of a department providing administrative services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes
  • Manage the operations of a department providing several administrative services, including planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations
  • Conduct research to inform decision-making and improve departmental performance
  • Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services
  • Manage knowledge and ensure that staff are trained and equipped to perform their roles effectively
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Quick Books, and Google Drive
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a hybrid environment, with a mix of remote and in-office work. The role is permanent, with a 32-hour workweek.
