Packaging Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Packaging Supervisor to join our team at Brar Natural Flour Milling Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our packaging department.
Key Responsibilities:- Train and supervise staff in packaging duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- Recommend personnel actions, including hiring and promotions
- Prepare production reports and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers, establish methods to meet work schedules, and requisition materials and equipment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
Our flour mill operates in a fast-paced environment, and you will be required to work under pressure to meet production deadlines. You will be expected to maintain a high level of attention to detail and ensure that all packaging operations are carried out safely and efficiently.
