Packaging Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Packaging Supervisor to join our team at Brar Natural Flour Milling Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the packaging operations and ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Training and Development: Train and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure a high level of productivity and efficiency.
- Personnel Management: Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions to ensure the right talent is in place to drive business success.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare production and other reports to provide insights into our operations and identify areas for improvement.
- Process Improvement: Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality, and implement changes to achieve business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule activities of workers to ensure smooth operations and meet business targets.
- Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure a smooth supply chain and minimize disruptions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Work Setting: Fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and productivity.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal skills, oral communication, written communication, flexibility, judgement, organized, team player, values and ethics, and reliability.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Language: English.
- Employment Type: Permanent.
