Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet customer demands.
- Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that they are meeting performance expectations.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators, and maintain accurate records of staff performance and customer feedback.
- Scheduling and Workload Management: Establish work schedules and manage workload to ensure that staff are working efficiently and effectively to meet customer demands.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, walking, and attention to detail
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, team player, initiative, and dependability
