Job Title: Order Picker

Randstad Canada is partnering with a client on the south side of Guelph, Ontario, to build a top-notch team and offer opportunities for growth.

We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator skilled in Reach Truck, Counterbalance Forklift, and Order Picker operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn and advance within the company.

This role is in a dynamic, fast-paced warehouse environment with easy access to public transportation via a nearby bus route.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving Reach, Counterbalance, and Order Picker Forklifts
  • RF scanner, manual order picking
  • Unionized environment, measured accuracy, and pick results
  • Handling boxed items of shoes, safety clothing, gloves, etc.
  • Palletizing and wrapping skids
  • Inspection and visual quality check of final shipping products
  • Basic math and reading tasks to be performed
  • Staging products and materials for distribution
  • Lifting up to 50lbs
  • Housekeeping duties
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • General labor experience
