About the Role

Pastificio D'Aprile Ltd is seeking a skilled Factory Maintenance Worker to join our team in a factory or plant setting. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Repairs and Maintenance: Contact tradespersons for major repairs and perform minor repairs on appliances and equipment.
  • Health and Safety: Conduct regular safety and security checks to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Facilities Management: Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures, and perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair.
  • Logistics and Transportation: Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Work Setting: Factory or plant environment.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, repetitive tasks, and physical demands of the role.
What We Offer
